As you travel from region to region you will work in groups to collect information that will help you to make a an informative presentation for your class.
Using the Internet, library, and any other resources you will research a region of the United States. You won't be traveling alone but with a team! You and the members of your group will become experts on the region that you visit and present the information that you learned using PowerPoint.
1)You will be placed in a group of 3-4 students and assigned one of these seven regions:
| New England Region | Mid Atlantic Region | Midwest and Great Plains |

Geographer: What are the landform found in your region? Describe the climate in your region.
Producer: What are some types of products and/or natural resources (economy) that are grown or produced in the region? Research the state symbols.
2) Open PowerPoint and choose a background. As a group come up with a catchy phrase/slogan for the title of your PowerPoint presentation. That slogan will be your title slide.
