From 1st grade to 5th grade. (1992-1998)
2. Who was your principal?/ Any special memories of this principal?
Dr. Somers. He wore an alligator hat on alligator day.
3. Who was your favorite teacher? / Who was the teacher who inspired you the most? Any special memories of this teacher?
Mr. Reed and Mr. K (the gym teacher). They were so much fun!

8 o'clock/ 2:30
5. Did you eat lunch in school? / Did you get recess? Any special memories?
Yes/ Yes/ The playground had a half sphere jungle gym to climb on.
6. Did you get homework? Did you get a lot of homework?
Yes/ No.
7. Did you have a different teacher for every subject? Any special memories?
We switched teachers for science in 5th grade (but stayed with the same classmates). I also did I.M.P.A.C.T. where I went down the computer lab (taught by Ms. Mitchell).
8. Did you have gym, music, art, or anything else? Any special memories?
We had gym and music twice per week and art once. If we were lucky, we got picked to do extra ones after school.
9. Were there any sport teams for the school?
No.
10. Did you enjoy your years at Allen? Any special memories?
Yes, one time we had a picnic with food and games. It was great!
11. What was your favorite memory?
We collected soda tabs for the Ronald McDonald house (our goal was one million tabs) and when I was in fourth grade, we reached one million and Mr. K. who was in charge of collecting them, brought about eight big trash bags full of tabs onto the stage.
